Every watch from Watch Luxe comes with comprehensive warranty protection to ensure your peace of mind.

What's Covered on Brand New Watches

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (varies on each brand's warranty coverage)
  • Movement malfunctions under normal use
  • Case and crystal defects
  • Water resistance failure (if applicable to your model)

Warranty Period

All new and pre-owned watches include a 1 year warranty and 2-year warranty for Pre-owned Rolex from the date of purchase. Some brands may offer extended coverage—check your specific model documentation.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear)
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
  • Battery replacements (for quartz watches)
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. Ship the watch to our service center (we'll provide instructions)
  3. We'll assess and repair or replace your watch within 2-3 weeks

Important Notes

Keep your original receipt or order confirmation—you'll need it for warranty service. Regular maintenance (recommended every 3-5 years for mechanical watches) helps keep your warranty valid.
