Every watch from Watch Luxe comes with comprehensive warranty protection to ensure your peace of mind.
What's Covered on Brand New Watches
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (varies on each brand's warranty coverage)
- Movement malfunctions under normal use
- Case and crystal defects
- Water resistance failure (if applicable to your model)
Warranty Period
All new and pre-owned watches include a 1 year warranty and 2-year warranty for Pre-owned Rolex from the date of purchase. Some brands may offer extended coverage—check your specific model documentation.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
- Battery replacements (for quartz watches)
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue
- Ship the watch to our service center (we'll provide instructions)
- We'll assess and repair or replace your watch within 2-3 weeks
Important Notes
Keep your original receipt or order confirmation—you'll need it for warranty service. Regular maintenance (recommended every 3-5 years for mechanical watches) helps keep your warranty valid.
